Applicant minimum requirements

  • Applicant must be willing to invest a minimum of 30,000 Swiss francs.

  • Applicant must demonstrate the skills required to become an AEBA franchise owner.

  • Applicant must be willing to commit and alocate time resources to this business venture.

AEBA franchisees come from diverse professional backgrounds and cultures.

 

Experience owning your own business or experience in sports industry is not a requirement. Our head office will provide training and consulting throughout the duration of the contract to prepare you for ownership of an AEBA franchise.

Application journey

AEBA franchise is a long-term business venture, so becoming a franchisee requires certain steps in the acquisition process.

Step 1: Franchise application 

If you meet the minimum requirements, send us a request on info@aeba.ro specifying the location where you would like to open the franchise and the budget available to invest. In addition to this information we will need your CV to see your previous work experience and background.

Step 2: First interview

At the first interview we will get to know eachother and discover the opportunities you are looking for. We will answer a few of your questions.

Step 3: Second interview

Following the first interview, the applicant will receive a personal file that they will have to submit for this interview. 

​

Step 4: Final interview

Following the second interview, the applicant will receive a research file that they will have to submit for this interview. Based on the file some projections will be drafted. If the interview is successful, the applicant will enter our process that will prepare them for owning their AEBA franchise.

Step 5: Training 

In this step the applicant will be trained on the procedures for launching the franchise, management and business development and will be introduced to more aspects of our organization.

​

Step 6: Offer

Upon completion of the previous step, the applicant will receive a personalized offer to begin negotiating the purchase of a franchise.

​

Step 7: Franchise Kick-off

The franchisee will begin the day-to-day running of their business.
