Registration is open year-round, and new participants can join anytime. Be sure to register early, as places are limited.

If you feel that your child's training group isn't the best fit, you can request a group change by contacting our support team. We will accommodate changes based on availability and skill level assessments.

The monthly membership fee differs from location to location. It includes: weekly training sessions coaching facility use extra sporting activities participation at competitions (additional costs may be charged for competitions)

As of 2025, there are no membership fee discounts, but you can still enjoy discounts on various clothing products in the AEBA official shop.

We only accept payments via credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely through our website.

We do not offer refunds for withdrawals or missed training sessions. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and consistency of our academy, as each child's spot is reserved regardless of attendence. Monthly fees cover not just training time but also operational costs, including facility rental, coaching, and administration. If you anticipate an extended absence, we recommend canceling your membership status prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for future months. However, please note that once payment has been processed for a given month, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including illness, injury, or other absences.

The membership fee covers all training and basic academy activities. Additional costs may apply for optional events like tournaments, travel games, extra activities or special training camps.
