Internal operations in backoffice

Location: AEBA Offices, Slobozia, Romania

Position summary:

Providing assistance for the Chief Executive Officer within the management of multiple projects. Working with the the CEO to document internal company policies and procedures. Conduct marketing projects using a variety of tools and ensure to maintain effective communication between our academy and its customers and partners.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to department leaders and CEO.

• Review and reply to all communications to ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism on behalf of the academy.

• Facilitate workflow for accurate and successful completion of assignments.

• Perform telephone calls and calendaring.

• Participate and coordinate multiple online marketing projects.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• High-school diploma or higher education.

• Native Romanian and advanced English speaker. Other languages are a great plus.

• Advanced in MS Office.
