Executive Board
The Executive Board is the most senior executive body at Ayhan Emilianof Basketball Academy. It comprises three members and is responsible for the overall direction, supervision and control of the academy and its management. The Executive Board has ultimate responsibility for the success of AEBA and for delivering sustainable value within a framework of prudent and effective strategies.
Ayhan Emilianof
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ayhan Emilianof is the founder of the academy and has been Chief Executive Officer with overall responsibility for Ayhan Emilianof Basketball Academy since 2021. Since 2016, Ayhan Emilianof has been an executive at various companies, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at Elite Basketball Group.
Dan Emilianof
Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Dan Emilianof is Head of Technical Department and Chief Operation Officer at Ayhan Emilianof Basketball Academy since 2022. He holds responsibility for all coaching-related matters and basketball operations. Since 2018, Dan Emilianof is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Elite Basketball Group.
Gina Emilianof
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Gina Emilianof is Chief Financial Officer at Ayhan Emilianof Basketball Academy since 2022. In addition to her finance-related functions she is also responsible for the Human Resources and Risk&Compliance departments. Since 2018, Gina Emilianof is Secretary General and member of the Board of Directors at Elite Basketball Group.
